Mr. Ulhas Joshi:

After obtaining First Class in B.Com. & LL.B. examinations, he completed LL.M. in the year 1985 from Pune University.  Since 1983, he has been working as a Consultant - Industrial Relations & Human Resource Management in Pune and Mumbai. He has been an Adviser to a number of Urban Co-operative Banks all over Maharashtra, Agricultural University, Government Bodies & Institutions, Multi-National Companies and many local Industries.

Building a strong team of associates and experts in various subjects, his company, Auro Consultants Pvt. Ltd. has established its good reputation in Thane, Pune & Mumbai. He has written more than 100 Articles on Labour Laws, which were published in local newspapers.  The articles were very popular amongst Personnel Managers, workers and Trade Union activists.  He has been a guest Faculty in Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune and Symboisis Institute of Business Management, Pune for the Personnel Management related subjects.  He has conducted numerous Training Courses for ‘Managers and Executives’ on various Human Resources Management-related subjects.

He has travelled extensively to America, Europe and Argentina. He visits UK and other European countries for business promotion.

Adv. Vijay S. Kadam:

He joined AURO in 1987 as Consultant in Industrial Relation. He Graduated in Arts, in 1975 and LLB in 1978. Mr. Kadam has gained rare traits of working in Government organisation and as a Management Consultant.

He now specialises in Industrial Relations/ Labour Court related matters for the Banking Sector, Govt. And Non-Govt. Organisations and industries. He has a vast experience of 30 years in labour field all over Maharashtra and is a very senior advocate in Pune.

Adv Sudeep Nargolkar:

He is another very dynamic advocate of Auro Team. He started working with Ulhas Joshi in the Mumbai office. After gaining 7 years very effective training and hands-on experience in Inustrial Relations matters and Court matters, he moved to join the High Court practice in Mumbai. He is today a Govt Pleader for the State of Maharashtra and is a very famous advocate in Mumbai High Court Bar.

Adv. K. R. Baligar:

Having a degree in Law and post graduate degree in Social work with specialisation in Personnel Management, he was working in a senior position in Garware group, Nashik and started consultancy services in the field of Industrial Relations. He has also conducted various training programmes for the supervisors and workers on shop floor behaviour. He is an expert in conducting departmental enquiries. Adv Ajay V Kadam :

He is a young and dynamic advocate since past 12 years. He developed his career working as junior advocate to Ulhas Joshi in Mumbai. He specialised himself in attending court matters and conducting enquiries in client companies. He participated in various IR schemes implementation programmes at the client companies.
